Absolutely the BEST customer service we have ever had !! While traveling back home to Texas our 2004 Toyota Sequoia began to vibrate. Felt like it was in the driveline. We searched "driveline specialist" and found Wilson's U-Joint and Drive Shaft. Diane at Wilson's directed us to Tom Quirk Automotive. We called and explained our situation and Colby Quirk said "come on over and we'll see what we can do". We dropped our travel trailer in their back lot and they immediately went to work. We took a break in our trailer while they replaced both u-joints on the Sequoia. Colby kept us informed as to the progress of the repair. We were in and out in under four hours!! We were so grateful for Tom Quirk's and Colby's support. A potential major disaster was averted and a "mountain became a molehill".
