If you own a Ford vehicle you may be affected by this recall. According to CBS News, Ford recently announced a recall that affects over 1.3 million vehicles that are primarily located in North America. The recall was issued mainly due to problems with rear suspension and transmission control software.

Traveling from LA to SC, our car decided to brake down. Luckily, it broke down in front of Tom's shop. While it was a few minutes after he closed, my wife called his number and he let us in. Our transmission was leaking fluid, so he checked to see if he had what we needed. He didn't, but knew who did and offered to take us, but our father in law had his car, so we drove our selves. When we got back, Tom grabbed us a funnel, so we could put fluid in. He also recommended the dealership to take it to, since it was still under warranty. All in all, over an hour after he had closed, he helped us out. He was very pleasant and helpful the entire time, never once did I get the feeling we were inconveniencing him.
